Chloe Jeffers Joins Youngstown State Women's Basketball Staff

Youngstown State University announced that Chloe Jeffers has been named a graduate assistant for the women's basketball program, bringing a blend of playing experience and design expertise to the team.

Having spent two seasons as a student assistant at Butler University, Jeffers worked closely with head coach Austin Parkinson, using Hudl and Synergy to break down film and shape game plans. Her contributions included designing individual workouts, tracking statistical trends and helping maintain cultural standards that fostered a cohesive locker room.

Jeffers' playing career at Butler was marked by versatility and leadership. She capped her collegiate tenure with a first‑team all‑state honor from Delaware Hayes, set a school record for points in a single season and finished among the top three scorers in program history. The Delaware, Ohio native earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art+Design in May, complemented by minors in sport coaching and strategic communication.

Beyond the court, Jeffers created social media content for Butler during the summer of 2024, showcasing her ability to blend visual storytelling with athletic communication. At Youngstown State she will continue to support player development, community outreach and the strategic use of digital tools that modernize the program's approach.
