League champions in each classification earned automatic berths, while the remaining spots were determined by the final Seeding & Selection Index, ensuring that the most competitive teams advance.
The 4A division will feature ten teams, whereas the 5A bracket expands to twelve, reflecting the growing popularity of high school hockey across the state.
First‑round matchups are slated for Thursday through Saturday, February 19‑21, with the 4A quarterfinal games hosted at the participating schools’ home rinks, and the 5A quarterfinals taking place at the South Suburban Sports Complex on February 24‑25.
Both brackets will converge for the semifinals on February 28 at Colorado College’s Ed Robson Arena, where the final four teams in each class will battle for a spot in the championship games.
The championship finals are scheduled for March 2, with the 4A title game kicking off at 5 p.m., followed by the 5A championship at 7:30 p.m., also at Magness Arena.
