The University of Cincinnati announced its full slate of conference opponents for the 2026‑27 men’s basketball season, confirming a blend of home and road matchups that will test the Bearcats against some of the Big 12’s traditional powers.
Big 12 Matchups
Home games will see Cincinnati host Kansas State, Texas Tech and West Virginia twice each, while also welcoming Arizona, Arizona State, Houston, Kansas, UCF and TCU to Fifth Third Arena, the downtown venue that will serve as the team’s primary battleground.
On the road, the Bearcats will travel to face Baylor, BYU, Colorado, Iowa State, Oklahoma State and Utah, rounding out a schedule that balances competitive exposure with geographic diversity.
Head coach Jerrod Calhoun, who took the helm this offseason, will guide the squad through its inaugural Big 12 campaign, with the first game slated for November at the newly renovated arena.
While the complete schedule, including non‑conference contests, will be released later, the announced conference matchups already set the stage for a fresh era of Bearcats basketball.
