Nine student-athletes from Clarkson University's baseball and softball programs have earned spots on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicator Academic All-District teams, a testament to their dual commitment to athletic performance and scholarly achievement.

The honor, which requires a minimum 3.50 GPA and substantial playing time, highlights a select group of competitors who have excelled both on the field and in the classroom.
Among the honorees, Seth Albert, a Financial Information and Analysis major, posted a .274 batting average with 26 hits and 18 runs batted in, while Jacob Shriley, a Mechanical Engineering student, earned conference recognition as a Liberty League All-Star and ranked near the top in innings pitched and strikeouts. Beau Vardion, double-majoring in Data Science and Mathematics, led the team in OPS and slugging percentage, and David Harris, studying Engineering and Management, posted a .405 on-base rate and topped the squad with 22 RBIs. CJ Kanick, pursuing dual degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, contributed five wins and a save across nine appearances.
The softball contingent also shone, with Kendall Cuyler ranking third in on-base percentage, Isabel Haspil topping the team with 14 walks and 20 RBIs, Lexi Rydelek hitting six home runs and slugging .644, and Amanda Corrice delivering 44.2 innings with 11 strikeouts. Their achievements reflect the university’s broader culture of integrating rigorous academics with competitive athletics.
