Coach Noah Krabbe took the opportunity to praise the departing seniors for their leadership, singling out Luke Fuhrman, Hudson Carney and Tanner Nelson for their contributions on and off the field.
Fuhrman’s two‑run homer provided a spark in the early innings, while Carney stepped onto the mound after the opening frame and Nelson’s steady glove helped keep the team competitive.
