Fall camp outlook
Coach Tyler Grisham confirmed that Bryant Wesco Jr. and T.J. Moore are fully healthy and ready for Clemson's fall camp, a development that signals a healthier receiving group heading into the preseason.
Wesco, who missed the latter part of the 2025 season after a season‑ending injury, has already shown the form that earned him a five‑star rating and the No. 6 ranking among receivers in the 2024 class. His 31 catches for 537 yards and six touchdowns before the injury illustrate the playmaking ability he brings back to the field.
Moore, a 2024 recruit who was listed as the No. 5 receiver nationally and the No. 23 overall prospect, also overcame a lower‑body injury that limited his spring participation. In 27 career games he has amassed 97 receptions for 1,488 yards and nine touchdowns, and his recent growth in technique and coachability has caught the eye of the coaching staff.
Leadership on the rise
Both players have embraced larger leadership roles, with Grisham noting their dedication and progress as a positive sign for the offense. Their presence adds veteran depth alongside emerging talent, positioning Clemson to maintain a potent aerial attack.
The coaching staff believes that the combination of Wesco's size and route‑running precision with Moore's speed and hands will give the Tigers multiple threats in the passing game. As the team moves toward the upcoming season, the chemistry developed during camp could prove decisive.
