World Cup Preview at Eastlake Library
Cleveland’s soccer enthusiasts will gather on the evening of June 16 at the Eastlake Public Library for a special preview of the upcoming World Cup, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Gina Prodan Kelly, a longtime advocate for the sport and representative of the Cleveland Soccer Group, will lead the discussion, breaking down the fundamentals of soccer for attendees of all ages.
During the session, Kelly will also unveil two new professional franchises set to debut in Cleveland next year: Forest City Cleveland (Men’s) and Cleveland Astra (Women’s), giving fans a first look at the rosters and vision for the teams.
