2026 Schedule Unveiled
Cleveland State University has released its 2026 men’s soccer schedule, outlining a 16‑game campaign that blends home and away fixtures.
Exactly half of the matches will be played on the Vikings’ home turf, Krenzler Field, giving the team a strong platform to start the season.
The campaign opens on the road in Santa Clara on August 20, 2026, before the first home appearance against Mercyhurst on August 28.
Later in the season the Vikings will host several notable opponents, including NCAA Tournament teams Florida Atlantic and Akron, as well as Detroit Mercy.
The matchup against Akron on October 20 will carry an admission price of $12 for adults and $9 for children 12 and under, while all other contests remain free to the public.
The Horizon League title defense begins on September 9 at Oakland, and the team will also welcome Oakland to Krenzler Field on September 12.
Fans can expect a competitive schedule that tests the squad against a variety of regional rivals while providing ample opportunities to support the Vikings at home.
