A Summer of Fun at Synovus Park
The Columbus Clingstones are set to welcome the Pensacola Blue Wahoos for a six‑game series that runs from June 9 through June 14 at Synovus Park, turning the venue into a summer showcase for minor‑league baseball.
The homestand is billed as a celebration of the season, with each night curated around a different theme that blends entertainment, community spirit and baseball tradition.
Highlights include a Hawaiian‑shirt giveaway on Saturday, a Margaritaville‑styled fireworks display on Friday night, and a special Soccer Night that will see the park transformed with themed décor and activities for fans of all ages.
Additional promotions such as Two Dog Tuesday, Wet Nose and White Claw Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday and a Kids Run the Bases event on June 13‑14 aim to engage families and younger fans, while a pre‑game concert on Saturday adds a musical backdrop to the action on the field.
Local partners and sponsors are also part of the experience, with Aflac sponsoring the “Welcome To Summer Weekend” and VisitColumbusGA helping to promote the series across the region, underscoring the collaborative effort that brings minor‑league baseball to the forefront of summer entertainment.
