Boilard arrives after a 14‑year coaching odyssey that includes nine seasons as head coach at Saint Anselm College, where he amassed a 127‑97 record and guided the Hawks to two NCAA Tournament berths, including a historic 2018‑19 campaign that produced the program’s first East Region championship and a 22‑10 finish, the best win total in nearly 25 years.
His tenure at Johnson & Wales University, where he posted an 84‑52 record over five seasons and helped the Wildcats to two NCAA Tournament appearances, further demonstrates his ability to transform emerging programs into regional contenders.
