The Davidson Wildcats women's basketball program has earned a spot in the 2026 Battle 4 Atlantis Women's Showcase, a premier early‑season tournament that will take place in the Bahamas from November 24 through 26.
A Milestone for the Program
The field will feature powerhouse programs Florida, Notre Dame and West Virginia, promising competitive matchups for the Wildcats as they test themselves against some of the nation's top teams.
Coach Gayle Fulks said the invitation reflects the growing reputation of Davidson's women's basketball team and expressed enthusiasm about testing the squad against top‑ranked opponents.
Last November, Davidson participated in the WBCA Showcase in Florida, where it faced Miami and Baylor, gaining valuable experience that Fulks believes will benefit the upcoming tournament.
While the specific opponents and game times have yet to be released, the coaching staff is already preparing the schedule and logistics for the trip, ensuring that the team can hit the court ready to compete.
