The upcoming best‑of‑three series pits the Kentucky alumni squad La Familia against its Louisville counterpart, The Ville, in a clash that blends nostalgia with competitive fire.
At the center of La Familia’s roster is DeAndre Liggins, a 2011 University of Kentucky graduate who helped the Wildcats reach the Elite Eight in 2010 and the Final Four the following year before embarking on a four‑year professional career that included stints in the NBA with the Orlando Magic and overseas leagues.
Liggins will be joined by a cadre of former Wildcats standouts, including Quade Green, Andrew Harrison, Kahlil Whitney, Willie Cauley‑Stein, Reid Travis and Archie Goodwin, each of whom brings a distinct chapter to the alumni narrative.
Ticket Battle Decides Final Site
Game one is slated for July 18 at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington and will be televised live on FOX, while game two follows on July 20 at Freedom Hall in Louisville, broadcast on FS1.
If a third contest becomes necessary, its location will be determined by which host city sells the most tickets within a 24‑hour window, turning ticket sales into a decisive factor for the series finale.
