The following year, the team posted a 20‑6 record before exiting the Division 1 playoffs in the first round against eventual champions La Salle, who prevailed 62‑39.
Wiley’s overall coaching record stands at 140‑69, a testament to his ability to develop talent and sustain competitiveness over nearly a decade.
