The Denver Broncos Foundation announced today the launch of a five‑year initiative called ALL IN. ALL COVERED., designed to broaden youth football participation across the state. By targeting financial obstacles that have historically limited access, the program will support children aged 6 to 14 in both tackle and flag formats.
Partnerships drive equitable sport participation
Through a collaboration with Every Kid Sports, the foundation will cover registration fees for families who might otherwise be unable to enroll their children. Simultaneously, Good Sports will supply essential equipment, ensuring that teams have the gear needed to compete safely and confidently.
The effort is projected to serve more than 17,000 youngsters throughout Colorado, creating a pipeline that not only introduces new players to the sport but also sustains their involvement over the long term. Organizers emphasize that football can serve as a catalyst for broader social equity, offering a structured pathway to participation in other athletic activities.
Bobby Mestas, Senior Director of Youth & High School Football for the Broncos, expressed enthusiasm about the program’s potential impact. "We’re excited to see how this initiative will open doors for kids who have been historically underserved," Mestas said in a statement released alongside the announcement.
Applications for registration fee assistance will be handled directly through Every Kid Sports, while equipment requests will be processed by Good Sports for coaches and league administrators. Both organizations have highlighted their commitment to reaching high‑need communities and ensuring that financial constraints do not dictate athletic opportunity.
The program’s five‑year timeline runs from 2026 through 2030, providing a stable framework for sustained investment in youth sports infrastructure. As the initiative progresses, the Broncos hope to expand its reach beyond Colorado, potentially establishing a model that other regions can replicate.
