Week of Triumphs
Senior defender Kristen Schwartz was honored as the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring a backline that repelled opponents for more than 90 minutes in a 1‑0 shutout at Lindenwood and contributing to a 2‑1 home win over Denver.
Freshman forward Katelyn Haiser earned an honorable mention for her first BIG EAST accolade, striking the game‑winning goal in the 68th minute against Denver and celebrating with a decisive sideline push that helped secure the 2‑1 victory.

The Blue Demons are set to travel to face UIC on Thursday, August 27, aiming to extend their early‑season momentum as they continue Big East competition.
