The Dover‑Sherborn Raiders have found the going tough in recent years, slipping to three wins or fewer in each of the last three campaigns after the excitement of a Division 5 Final Four appearance in 2022.
A New Chapter for the Raiders
The downturn follows the departure of Tri‑Valley League all‑stars Henry Fowler, Bobby Olsen and Sam Zagorianakos, who accounted for a sizable share of the team’s offense and defense.
In 2025 the Raiders opened 0‑7, but a late‑season surge saw them win three of their final four games, hinting at progress despite the early hole.
The 2026 season officially begins on September 10 with a road test at Southeastern Regional Voc/Tech, kicking off at 6 p.m., before a home clash with Weston on September 18 and a showdown against Nipmuc on September 24.
Later in the month the Raiders will host Norton on October 9, then travel to Bellingham (Oct 15), Medway (Oct 23) and Millis (Oct 30), setting up a busy stretch that culminates with the traditional Thanksgiving rivalry against Medfield on November 26.
Coach Ronan Sullivan and his staff are emphasizing discipline and development, hoping the early schedule will forge the resilience needed for a deeper playoff run.
