Season Overview
The Drury Panthers have released their 2026‑27 men’s basketball schedule, confirming a 16‑game home slate at the O’Reilly Family Event Center. The announcement sets the stage for a season that blends tradition with fresh challenges.
November will greet fans with five consecutive home games, beginning with the Tip‑Off Challenge and culminating in the DoubleTree by Hilton Thanksgiving Classic. Those early contests will give the team a chance to build momentum before stepping onto the road.
Throughout the schedule, the Panthers will meet six opponents who earned NCAA Division II postseason berths last year, adding a layer of excitement as they test themselves against proven post‑season teams.
Looking Ahead
March brings the GLVC Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament, where Drury will compete for conference honors. The run coincides with the NCAA Division II tournament’s climax, featuring the Elite Eight, national semifinals and the championship game in late March.
Head coach Chris Foster, who guided the team to a 17‑14 record and a runner‑up finish in the GLVC Tournament last season, will continue to shape the club’s direction. His experience and recruiting acumen remain central to the program’s aspirations.
Season tickets for the 2026‑27 campaign are slated to go on sale in August, giving fans the opportunity to secure seats for the entire home schedule.
