Dylan Moulton is set to return to the Toledo Walleye for his third professional season, having signed a contract that will keep him in the lineup through the 2026‑27 campaign.
During the 2025‑26 season he recorded 16 points, including five goals and eleven assists, while posting a plus‑minus rating of +9 across 59 regular‑season games. He also contributed four points in the playoffs, helping the team advance deeper into the postseason.
AHL Experience and Physical Presence
Moulton made his American Hockey League debut with the Manitoba Moose last season, scoring a goal in three appearances. The Moose, a farm affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets, gave him a taste of the higher‑level competition that he now hopes to translate back to the Walleye.
Since turning professional in March 2024, he has accumulated 20 points, eight goals and twelve assists, along with 47 penalty minutes in 71 games for Toledo. His defensive reliability and willingness to block shots have made him a staple on the blue line.
Collegiate Roots at Miami University
Before arriving in professional hockey, Moulton spent five seasons at Miami University, where he posted 31 points, including 14 goals and 17 assists, while logging 93 penalty minutes in 148 games. That collegiate experience helped shape his development and prepared him for the rigors of pro play.
The organization’s leadership believes his blend of skill, toughness, and familiarity with the team’s culture will be crucial as the Walleye aim to contend for a playoff run in the upcoming season.
