EA SPORTS has opened a 10‑hour early‑access window for its upcoming College Football 27, giving EA Play members the first chance to play the title before its full release. The trial lets participants build a program with the EA Play Welcome Pack and retain all progress once the full game launches.
Early Access Details
Members who join the trial also receive a 10 percent discount on all EA digital purchases, including the new College Football Points that can be spent within the game. The benefit is part of a broader rollout of exclusive rewards across EA’s portfolio.
New Gameplay Modes
The preview showcases three headline modes. Mascot Mashup lets players collect more than 120 school mascots and pit them in chaotic 11‑on‑11 matchups. Dynasty Blueprint introduces Dynasty Points that can be allocated to recruiting, name‑image‑likeness deals, staff upgrades and facility improvements. Road to Glory expands character customization, adding fresh position options and personalization tools.
Beyond the college gridiron, the early‑access period highlights a slate of limited‑time offers tied to other EA franchises. Apex Legends players can claim a Gold Vacation Punch Weapon Charm from July 7 through August 3, while EA Sports FC 26 distribution includes a Clubs Wildstyle Blue Headband with Mohawk until August 13. Madden NFL 26 features a July MUT Pack available through July 31, and NHL 26 offers WOC Season Pass XP Multiplier Tokens and Chel Coins through August 27. EA Sports UFC 6 rolls out a Welcome Pack with distinctive cosmetic items, and Battlefield 6’s Season 3 EA Play Pack remains accessible until July 20.
All progress earned during the trial carries forward into the final release, ensuring that early adopters keep their roster builds, mascot collections and earned currency. EA Play members can learn more about these perks and upcoming titles on EA’s official channels, including X, Instagram and the EA Play Member Benefits site.
