Edgewood University has named Jon Gulrajani as its new Head Women's Soccer Coach, a move that underscores the school's ambition to strengthen its women's soccer tradition while prioritizing the holistic development of its student‑athletes.
A Legacy of Success
Gulrajani arrives after a 25‑year career that includes 16 years at the collegiate level, during which he guided programs at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Mount Mary University and the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and conference championships.
At Wisconsin–Madison he oversaw a stretch of six NCAA Tournament bids, including four Sweet Sixteen runs, while his tenure at Wisconsin–Milwaukee produced a Horizon League regular‑season title and two additional tournament appearances. At Mount Mary University he helped set a school‑record win total, and at Wisconsin–Oshkosh he led the Titans to their deepest postseason run in program history.
Reflecting on his new role, Gulrajani said he intends to honor Edgewood's established soccer heritage while fostering an environment where athletes excel both on the field and in the classroom, a philosophy he has pursued throughout his career.
A longtime resident of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Gulrajani lives with his wife Linda and their two sons, Isaiah and Will, a personal connection that he believes will deepen his engagement with the campus community.
Director of Athletics Nick Pasquarello praised Gulrajani's blend of competitive experience and mentorship, noting that his leadership aligns perfectly with Edgewood's vision for a vibrant women's soccer program.
The university community looks forward to seeing how Gulrajani's extensive background will translate into sustained success and continued growth for the Eagles' soccer squad.
