Effingham High School has revealed its varsity and junior varsity baseball award winners for the 2026 season, celebrating the standout performances of its student‑athletes.
Varsity Award Winners
Among the varsity honorees, Jude Traub earned the Cy Young award and secured a spot on the Second Team All‑Apollo Conference, excelling both as a position player and a pitcher. Carter Braddy captured multiple accolades, including Most RBIs, the Cy Young award, and Team Most Valuable Player, and was named to the First Team All‑Apollo Conference in both roles. Wyatt Hayes received the Coaches Award, while Andrew Wagoner was honored with the Mr. Hustle award. Brayden Tucker earned First Team All‑Apollo Conference recognition as a position player, and Brody Boehm placed on the Second Team All‑Apollo Conference.
Junior Varsity Honorees
