Eight CAA Baseball Players Earn ABCA/Rawlings All‑Region Honors

Northeastern’s Feinberg and Wertz headline selections, while Campbell’s Rossow leads a distinguished group

Regional Honors Highlight Strong Season

The American Baseball Coaches Association, in partnership with Rawlings, announced the 2026 All‑Region teams, selecting eight standout players from the Coastal Athletic Association. The selections reflect a season rich with offensive firepower and pitching excellence across the conference.

Northeastern outfielder Harrison Feinberg and Huskies’ relief pitcher Andrew Wertz earned first‑team honors on the All‑Northeast Region squad. Feinberg batted .331, hit 16 home runs, drove in 64 runs and stole 42 bases, while Wertz posted a 3.46 ERA and recorded six saves, having been named the Most Outstanding Player at the CAA Baseball Championship.

Campbell starting pitcher David Rossow was selected to the All‑Southeast Region first team. The CAA Pitcher of the Year finished 10‑2 with a 2.53 ERA and 104 strikeouts in 81.2 innings, underscoring his dominance on the mound.

Northeastern designated hitter Matt Brinker and starting pitcher Luc Rising received second‑team accolades. Brinker posted a .305 average with nine homers and 61 RBI, while Rising went 5‑5 with a 3.24 ERA and 84 strikeouts.

Other conference standouts recognized on the second team include Charleston catcher Dylan Johnson, William & Mary shortstop Jamie Laskofski and Campbell designated hitter Jett Music. Johnson, the CAA Defensive Player of the Year, hit .340 with 36 RBI and threw out 24 baserunners, while Laskofski, the CAA Player of the Year, batted .355 with 13 homers and 45 RBI. Music led the CAA with 22 home runs and 56 RBI.

The breadth of talent honored across the region illustrates the competitive depth of the CAA, with players from Northeastern, Campbell and several partner schools receiving commendations for both offensive and defensive contributions.
