A New Kind of Fan Zone
In the suburbs of Foxborough, Massachusetts, a fresh gathering spot has emerged just steps from Boston Stadium. Eleveno, a beer garden and pickleball venue, opened its doors in December and quickly became a hub for soccer supporters and the rapidly rising sport of pickleball.
The brain behind the concept is Jodi Culliti, who launched the space to ride the wave of pickleball’s popularity while capitalizing on the excitement surrounding the FIFA games scheduled in the area. With a quarterfinal match set for July 9, Culliti says she is savoring every moment before the tournament moves on.
Beyond the usual fare of food and drinks, Eleveno offers a menu of community activities, from cornhole tournaments to spontaneous dancing, creating an atmosphere that welcomes both dedicated fans and casual visitors. The venue stays open seven days a week, inviting anyone who wants to watch a match, play a game, or simply enjoy the lively setting.
The crowd that fills Eleveno is as varied as its offerings. International travelers drawn by the FIFA schedule mingle with local families and young athletes seeking a new way to stay active. This blend of cultures and interests reflects the venue’s mission to be more than a bar — it aims to be a communal gathering place where sport, food, and friendship intersect.
