Leading the charge, Elma’s star midfielder Ivan Rodriguez was crowned League MVP after delivering 15 goals and 19 assists, a combination that underscored his dual threat on the pitch.
Coach Carson Seaberg’s guidance was rewarded when he was named Coach of the Year, reflecting the team’s cohesive play and steady improvement throughout the campaign.
Defensive excellence was acknowledged as Matthew Wood earned Defensive MVP honors, while Trey Yeager’s reliability between the posts secured the Goalkeeper of the Year award, posting a 0.8 goals‑against‑per‑game average and seven shutouts.
League Honors
The First Team selections highlighted a blend of experience and emerging talent, with Jose Ramirez of Raymond‑South Bend named Offensive MVP and a host of peers from neighboring programs earning spots on the prestigious list.
Among those recognized were Luis Torres and Cris Tobar of Elma, Terek Gunter and Daniel Schallon of Montesano, Adam Mora and Alex Posada of Raymond‑South Bend, Michael Nuñez and J.B. Fabian of Hoquiam, as well as Hoquiam’s J.B. Fabian and others from Rochester, Chief Leschi, Forks, Ilwaco, and Tenino, showcasing the league’s depth.
