A Fresh Approach on the Field
Coach Tom Mulligan, now in his 13th year at the helm, is one of the longest‑tenured coaches in Bergen County, and his emphasis on discipline is already reflected in what he calls the best weight‑room attendance of his tenure.
The squad is youthful, anchored by sophomore quarterback Cohen Watson, who has shown noticeable development, while key contributors Jos’mire Shannon and Delawaney Nwaogu are working their way back from injury.
After a season that ended with a modest record, the Panthers are focused on trimming penalties and raising their performance metrics, a goal that guides every practice and drill.
The team will compete in the NJIC Liberty Division next year, a move that brings fresh matchups against rivals such as Hopatcong, Wallington and Glen Rock, and the schedule promises a rigorous test.
