The 2026 season will mark a significant broadcast milestone for the Emporia State Hornets, as the program has secured three appearances on MIAA‑TV. Each of those telecasts will also be available via the conference‑wide streaming platform, The MIAA Network, ensuring that fans across the region can follow the action in real time.
Key matchups
The first televised contest is slated for October 3, when the Hornets host Missouri Western at Welch Stadium. A week later, the team travels to Maryville, Missouri, to face Northwest Missouri on Halloween, and the regular‑season finale arrives on November 14 at home against Fort Hays State. These matchups are part of the MIAA Football Game of the Week series, which will showcase 13 of the conference’s most compelling games throughout the year.
