ESPN’s latest Top 100 list of incoming college football players for the 2026 season features four Hoosiers, underscoring the program’s continued ability to attract high‑profile talent and setting the stage for a potential title defense.
The Rankings
At the very top of the list sits transfer quarterback Josh Hoover, who arrives from TCU after a standout stint as a starter. His extensive experience and proven production have earned him the No. 1 overall newcomer designation, and coaches expect him to anchor the offense from day one.
Wide receiver Nick Marsh follows at No. 11 overall and is also the second‑ranked receiver in the nation. Known for his route precision and reliable hands, Marsh is projected to become the primary target in Indiana’s passing attack.
EDGE rusher Tobi Osunsanmi is positioned at No. 18 overall and fourth among edge rushers. His pass‑rush skill set is expected to bolster the defensive line and help maintain the team’s depth as it pursues another title run.
Running back Turbo Richard rounds out the group at No. 81 overall and eighth among running backs. After leading Boston College in rushing yards and touchdowns last season, Richard brings a proven track record of production that should translate well to Indiana’s scheme.
