FAMU Announces 2026 Football Schedule with All Games Televised

Twelve broadcast slots, including a SWAC TV lineup, set the stage for new head coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr.'s debut

A Full‑Season Broadcast Commitment

The 2026 college football season is shaping up to be a landmark year for Florida A&M's Rattlers, as the university announced that every one of its twelve games will be broadcast live.

The Southwestern Athletic Conference revealed its SWAC TV slate on June 3, designating four matchups for the conference's own streaming platform, including contests against Alabama A&M, Alcorn State and Mississippi Valley State.

Adding to the excitement, new head coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. will make his debut on August 29 when the Rattlers travel to face Albany State. Gray, who spent three seasons at Albany State, guided the Bulldogs to a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title and a Division II Black College Football national championship before joining FAMU.

Gray brings a host of experienced talent with him, most notably quarterback Isaiah Knowles, the SIAC Offensive Player of the Year in both 2024 and 2025, who helped Albany State to a narrow 33‑25 victory over FAMU last September.

Beyond the SWAC TV lineup, the Rattlers will also appear in four games on the ESPN Network and four on the HBCU GO platform, ensuring a national audience for a program that last reached the Celebration Bowl in 2022.
