FAMU’s 2026 Football Season Set for Full TV Coverage

All twelve games will air on SWAC TV, ESPN and HBCU GO as new head coach Quinn Gray prepares for his debut

A historic broadcast agreement

Florida A&M will see every one of its twelve games on television in 2026, a first for the program that cements its visibility across multiple platforms.

The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its television schedule, confirming that four contests will appear on SWAC TV while the remainder will be carried by ESPN networks and the HBCU GO streaming service.

Quinn Gray’s first season

Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. arrives in Tallahassee after three seasons at Albany State, where he captured a conference title and a national championship in 2025. His inaugural game as the Rattlers’ head coach is set for August 29 against the Bulldogs, the team he once guided to the pinnacle of Division I‑AA football.

Several key players from that championship squad have followed Gray to FAMU, most notably quarterback Isaiah Knowles, adding a compelling storyline to the season opener.

The remaining SWAC TV matchups include games against Alabama A&M, Alcorn State and Mississippi Valley State, complementing four ESPN network dates and four appearances on HBCU GO, ensuring a national audience for the Rattlers’ campaign.
