Florida Atlantic University revealed its 2026 football slate, confirming seven contests that will open the season on September 5 with a home showdown against the University of Florida, a game that will air on the SEC Network at 7:45 p.m.
The matchup marks the second year of head coach Zach Kittley’s tenure, a period in which the Owls hope to build on the momentum generated by their recent rise in the Sun Belt Conference.
Subsequent contests spread across September and October feature a mix of regional rivals and non‑conference foes, including a September 12 night game against Navy broadcast on ESPNU or ESPN+, a September 19 evening clash with FIU — the 23rd annual Shula Bowl — streamed on ESPN+, and a October 3 encounter with Texas Southern that will also be carried on ESPN+.
