A New Era for ASUN Championships
Florida Gulf Coast University is set to anchor the ASUN Conference’s volleyball and baseball championships over the next two years, reinforcing its reputation as a premier venue for high‑stakes collegiate competition.
Volleyball Returns to Alico Arena
The ASUN Volleyball Tournament will unfold from November 19‑22, 2026, inside Alico Arena, where FGCU will enjoy its fourth straight year of hosting the event and the tenth overall. The competition will be played on a championship‑caliber surface known as the Teraflex Court, engineered to meet the exacting standards of elite volleyball.
Baseball Takes a New Home
In a historic shift, the ASUN Baseball Tournament will make its debut at JetBlue Park in May 2027, marking the first time the event is staged at the Boston Red Sox’s spring‑training facility. JetBlue Park, which seats 10,823 fans and features a Bermuda grass field reminiscent of Fenway Park, will host the tournament from May 26‑29, 2027.
Ticket information for both tournaments will be announced at a future date, but anticipation is already building among students, alumni, and regional fans eager to experience championship‑level play in Southwest Florida.
