The 2026 high school football schedule for the Field Falcons has been unveiled, sparking excitement among players, coaches, and fans alike.
The season opens with a familiar rivalry as the Falcons travel to face the Ravenna Ravens in Week 1, a matchup that has defined the early part of the schedule since 2005.
This year, however, marks the last time the two programs will meet under the current league alignment, as Ravenna is set to transition to the Greater Portage Athletic Conference next season.
A Season of Transition
The Falcons' slate also introduces three new Metropolitan Athletic Conference opponents — Cuyahoga Falls, Roosevelt, and Tallmadge — each bringing a distinct history to the series.
While the team posted a 3‑7 record in 2025, early opponents in the new schedule include several clubs that finished with losing records the previous year, offering a realistic pathway to early wins.
