Tai Bell, a five-star point guard in the 2028 class, is set to begin his junior season at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami after a standout sophomore year at Mater Lakes Academy in Hialeah, Florida.
During his sophomore campaign he posted averages of 32 points, seven rebounds and five assists per game, earning Class 4A player of the year honors in Florida and drawing praise from coaches and analysts alike.
Bell has already taken official visits to Syracuse University, where he received a scholarship offer from the previous coaching staff, and he continues to compete in the elite EYBL circuit with the Jet Academy, where he is currently averaging 18.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
Recruitment Landscape
The recruiting buzz surrounding the prospect has attracted interest from a host of powerhouse programs, including Texas, Florida State, Miami, Florida, Arkansas, Baylor, Houston, Kentucky and Purdue, all of which are expected to vie for his signature as he climbs the national rankings.
