Flagler College’s men’s soccer program is riding a wave of optimism as the United Soccer Coaches released its 2026 preseason Top 25, placing the Saints at No. 15.
A Season of Anticipation
The ranking reflects a campaign that ended just a year ago with a 15‑3‑6 record, a PBC Tournament championship decided in overtime, and a run to the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
During that tournament the Saints knocked off #9 Young Harris before top‑seeded Palm Beach Atlantic fell in the second round, only to meet a formidable #5 Rollins squad in the next stage, where they were edged out by the eventual national runners‑up.
Now the schedule sets a September 1 showdown with Rollins, a team that enters the new season ranked No. 2 in the same poll, promising another high‑stakes encounter.
Head coach and senior players alike are embracing the challenge, noting that the early ranking not only validates their progress but also fuels recruiting and fan engagement as the program looks to build on its recent momentum.
