The University of Florida announced its 2026‑27 men’s basketball schedule on Monday, confirming a 16‑game home slate and a non‑conference slate that includes three contests in Las Vegas as part of the Players Era 8 tournament.
Season Overview
The Gators will open the season at home against Miami on November 2 in Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena, then host Jacksonville on November 5 before traveling to Tallahassee to meet Florida State on November 10. The schedule also features a home matchup against Duke on December 1 as part of the SEC‑ACC Challenge, and additional non‑conference games against Florida A&M and Long Island in late December.
Key Matchups
Among the highlighted contests, Florida will face Notre Dame, either Houston or Rutgers, and one of Auburn, Kansas, UNLV or West Virginia in the Las Vegas tournament, while also hosting Missouri on February 13 and closing the regular season against Kentucky on March 6.
SEC play begins on January 2 at Texas in Austin, and the Gators will finish the regular season with a home game against Missouri before the SEC Tournament takes place in Nashville from March 10 to March 14.
