The Night of the Alleged Shooting
According to investigators, the incident unfolded after an argument broke out at a party in Memphis, Tennessee, where the suspect allegedly produced a firearm and fired at a man, striking him in the torso; the victim later identified the shooter in a police lineup.
The suspect, identified as Lagerald Vick, is being held without bail on a $1.5 million bond, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for later this month.
