Boris Said, a retired NASCAR driver turned entrepreneur, is behind a bold new venture that could reshape the motorsport landscape in Southern California.
The proposed Elsinore Ring spans roughly 300 acres just east of Lake Elsinore, incorporating a 3.2‑mile, 22‑turn circuit designed to host professional series such as IndyCar and NASCAR, and sits adjacent to the existing Lake Elsinore Raceway and the lake itself.
A Luxury Motorsport Community
The development calls for 275 luxury garage condominiums, each offering a spacious 1,300‑square‑foot garage combined with a living area, while select penthouses will feature private rooftop helipads for convenient access.
At the center of the community, a modern clubhouse will house a glass‑bottom swimming pool, a full‑service spa, a fitness facility and an upscale restaurant, and the annual membership is projected at approximately $300,000.
Although the club is primarily private, it will be open to the public for up to 100 days each year, providing space for community events, weddings and holiday celebrations on the track and in the clubhouse.
Construction is scheduled to break ground in October 2027, with developers targeting a 2030 opening, a timeline that remains dependent on approvals from the Lake Elsinore Planning Commission and the city council and on the completion of required environmental assessments.
Local officials have not yet reviewed the site plan, and the project will undergo rigorous environmental scrutiny to ensure minimal impact on the surrounding lake ecosystem and neighboring properties.
