Georgetown University announced this week that Adrian Molina-Diaz has joined its men’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach, bringing a wealth of experience from a standout tenure at Oregon State University.
A Proven Track Record
During his two seasons with the Beavers, Molina-Diaz helped transform the program into a national contender, guiding the team to its most successful campaign in school history, a run to the College Cup and a No. 4 ranking in the United Soccer Coaches poll.
Under his guidance, the Beavers produced three All‑American players, six All‑Region selections and saw four athletes drafted into Major League Soccer, including forward Logan Farrington, the third overall pick in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft.
Heading the charge on the offensive side, Molina-Diaz coached a unit that captured two West Coast Conference Offensive Players of the Year and helped the squad defeat several top‑25 opponents such as Stanford.
Molina-Diaz, a native of Alicante, Spain, holds a degree in kinesiology from Miguel Hernández University and a master’s in business and data analytics from Oregon State, underscoring his blend of technical and strategic expertise.
