Roberto Carlos Huezo Garcia, a 30‑year‑old former soccer coach from Reisterstown, Maryland, was arrested in Baltimore County on June 30, 2026, following allegations that he engaged in sexual misconduct with multiple minors.

Garcia had served as a junior varsity coach at Perry Hall High School from 2017 until 2020, a role he held while also volunteering with several private youth organizations across the region.

Charges and Allegations

Prosecutors have filed four counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, three counts of indecent exposure to a minor, two counts of displaying obscene material to a minor, and one count of continuously sexually abusing a minor.

The alleged victims are male youths between the ages of 10 and 15, and the misconduct is said to have begun as early as January 2026.

Investigation and Arrest

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crimes Against Children Unit (CACU) conducted an extensive investigation that culminated in a warrant being issued for Garcia’s arrest.

Following the issuance of the warrant, officers executed the arrest and transported Garcia to the county detention facility, where he remains pending further legal proceedings.
