Robert Fomby, a standout graduate of West Virginia State University, is preparing to step onto the court in a new arena. The former Mountain East Conference standout will wear the colors of Team Baltimore in Tracy McGrady's One's Basketball League (OBL), a city‑based competition that brings together three‑man squads from across the country.

The OBL, launched in 2022, condenses high‑octane basketball into a fast‑paced format where each city’s identity, swagger and community pride are on display. From May 15 through June 30, the league’s inaugural event will unfold in Orlando, Florida, gathering teams that each embody the spirit of their home municipalities.
