Damian Lillard’s Formula Zero elite summer camp for 2026 has named former NBA star Damian Lillard as the face of the event, while Weber State standouts Chamberlain Burgess and ArDarius Grayson will serve as college counselors.
From Portland to the Beehive State
The camp, now held in Salt Lake City after a stint in Portland, brings together 16 college counselors and 15 high‑school prep players, continuing a format that debuted in 2022 with 20 preps and 20 college athletes, including Dillon Jones.
Over the years, the coaching roster has featured NBA veterans such as CJ McCollum, Mikal Bridges and Evan Turner, alongside former NFL player Trent Shelton, who has contributed as a motivational speaker.
Burgess and Grayson join a small but growing list of Weber State participants, marking the third and fourth players from the program to attend Formula Zero, following Steven Verplancken Jr. in 2023.
The camp’s history includes future NBA draft picks like Bruce Branch III, now at BYU, underscoring its role as a proving ground for emerging talent.
