The first triumph came against Whitemarsh, where Ryan McGuckin’s RBI single turned a 2‑1 deficit into a 3‑2 win, while starter Nolan Carter endured a tough outing, giving up two runs on three hits with six walks and six strikeouts.
A second comeback against Broomall‑Newtown featured Michael Caron’s RBI triple in the fifth inning that tied the game, followed by Guy May’s complete‑game pitch that sealed a 4‑3 victory after Donny Rieck’s solo home run had put the opposition up 2‑0 in the early innings.
