Investigation and Community Response
Authorities are working to determine motives and relationships among the parties, while community leaders have called for increased safety measures around recreational spaces.
The incident underscores the ongoing challenge of gun violence in urban neighborhoods, and officials promise a thorough review of policing strategies in the area.
