FOX Sports has unveiled its complete 2026 college football television schedule, promising a season that will feature 137 broadcasts across the country.
A packed opening month
The action kicks off on August 29 with a Week Zero showdown between Memphis and UNLV, setting the tone for a packed opening month that includes 44 games in the first four weeks.
Week 1 follows on September 3, highlighted by UMass traveling to Rutgers and UAB making the trip to Illinois, while the popular Big Noon Kickoff returns on September 5 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Friday night spotlight returns with Missouri taking on Kansas on September 11 and Houston facing Texas Tech on September 18, giving viewers a series of high‑profile matchups early in the season.
International showcase
The schedule also includes a historic international fixture: the Union Jack Classic on September 19, which will be the first FBS game ever played on English soil.
Championship weekend
Later in the year, Championship Weekend will showcase back‑to‑back primetime title games on December 4 and 5, featuring the Mountain West Championship and the Big Ten Championship respectively.
FOX notes that additional games will be announced six to twelve days before their respective dates, ensuring that the full slate will be revealed gradually as the season approaches.
