Projected Starting Offense
Florida State’s coaching staff has released a projection of the Seminoles’ starting offensive lineup for the upcoming season, outlining who is expected to take the field in key positions.
At quarterback, Ashton Daniels is slated to start, bringing with him a year of experience and the decision‑making poise that head coach Mike Norvell has praised.
The Seminoles anticipate a potent receiving corps, with Duce Robinson projected as one of the nation’s top pass catchers and Ousmane Kromah and Quintrevion Wisner leading the backfield.
Freshmen Devin Carter and Jasen Lopez have impressed in spring drills, potentially adding depth at receiver, while Desirrio Riles returns as the starting tight end after a 28‑catch season at East Carolina.
Riles will be backed up by Landen Thomas and Chase Loftin, giving the tight end position a solid tandem.
The offensive line features a competition for starting spots, though left tackle Xavier Chaplin is the only position with a clear starter, while guards Andre Otto and Nate Pabst are expected to see action, and Sandman Thompson and Bradyn Joiner battle for the center role.
At right tackle, Chimdia Nwaiwu and Jonathan Daniels are vying for the position, adding further depth to the line.
Running back duties will be shared by Ousmane Kromah and Quintrevion Wisner, who bring complementary styles, while Amari Thomas and Sam Singleton Jr. will push for carries behind them, and Malachi Marshall is slated to join the roster in the summer.
Sophomore Jayvan Boggs is expected to take a step forward, and Micahi Danzy returns as one of the most electric players in the ACC, adding versatility to the attack.
Coach Mike Norvell has voiced confidence in Daniels’ experience and decision‑making, noting that while Kevin Sperry has shown improvement, Daniels remains the more consistent option.
The depth chart also includes freshmen such as Devin Carter, who brings legacy pedigree and versatility, and Jasen Lopez, whose big catches in spring practice have turned heads.
