Duncan arrives after a multifaceted coaching journey that includes a stint as head coach at Oak Grove High School, an assistant role with Concordia University's softball program, and three years with the Moorhead Blues Legion, where he helped develop a competitive summer team.
During his collegiate years, Duncan pitched for the Cobbers from 2020 through 2023, earning a spot in the MIAC playoffs during his final season and leaving a mark on a program that has recently sought to refresh its roster and strategy.

A native of Moorhead, Minnesota, Duncan returns to the region after years spent honing his craft both on the field and in the dugout, bringing a familiar perspective to a team that will look to rebound from its recent record.
