After the Charleston Southern opener, the Eagles travel to face Clemson on September 12, then host Jacksonville State on September 19 and round out the stretch with a road game at Houston on September 26. Each opponent brings a different style of play, promising a rigorous test for Helton’s unit.
Preseason expectations place the Eagles fourth in the Sun Belt East Division, according to the conference’s coaches poll.
