Georgia Tech has rolled out a comprehensive uniform refresh for every one of its 17 varsity programs, marking the first major redesign in over a decade as part of a 10‑year partnership with Under Armour.
The centerpiece of the new look is a navy blue 'Georgia Tech' wordmark paired with a custom number font that features a metallic gold drop shadow, giving the athletes a distinctive visual identity on the field.
Design Details
Sleeve striping draws direct inspiration from the Kessler Campanile, the iconic campus tower that was erected for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, tying the design to a beloved university landmark.
Color Evolution
A darker shade of gray now appears throughout the apparel, a deliberate choice that reflects the institution’s emphasis on industry and technology, while a warmer, richer gold and a deeper navy reinforce brand consistency across merchandise.
Football will lead the rollout with twelve distinct uniform combinations for the upcoming season, and the athletic department has signaled plans to expand the palette with additional options in the months ahead.
Other sports will follow suit, adopting Campanile‑inspired striping and offering matching gold, navy and dark gray versions that will be introduced throughout the academic year, ensuring a unified visual theme across all Georgia Tech athletics.
