Austin Peay State University’s women’s soccer program has released its 2026 schedule, a 19‑match lineup that blends non‑conference road trips with a full slate of home contests at Morgan Brothers Field.
A new conference brings fresh challenges
Head coach Kim McGowan said the team is eager to test itself against the new United Athletic Conference opponents, noting that the competitive environment will help the squad grow.
The season opens with an exhibition match at Southern Illinois on August 7, before the regular season kicks off with home matches against Northern Kentucky on August 12 and Tennessee Tech on August 16.
Additional home fixtures include contests versus Indiana State on August 30, UT Martin on September 10 and North Alabama on September 27, while the team travels to Mississippi to meet Jackson State on September 18.
Championship finale
The schedule culminates with the UAC Women’s Soccer Championship, slated for November 8 through 14, offering a final showcase of the season’s progress.
