The Great Basin Conference announced its 2026 baseball awards, spotlighting top performers from Idaho schools.
Maddox Stadelmeir of Twin Falls was crowned Player of the Year after leading Idaho with 10 home runs, driving in 44 runs and maintaining a .869 slugging percentage.
Pitcher of the Year Jake Redder from Burley finished the season 6‑2 with a 1.28 ERA across 49 innings, fanning 52 batters and allowing just one hit in a dominant outing against Minico.
Tim Stadelmeir, father of Maddox, earned Coach of the Year honors for guiding his team to a competitive campaign.
The conference also unveiled its first and second all‑star teams, listed honorable mentions for several standout athletes, and named sportspersons of the year representing each school.
